Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising under or in connection with this Agreement, including your use and access to the Website or any other Content, shall be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules, and not by a lawsuit or resort to court process.

Use of the Website and Content, all transactions arising from use of the Website, and this Agreement, shall in all respects be governed by and interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state of North Carolina in the United States of America, without regard to any conflicts of laws principles that would result in the application of the law of a different jurisdiction.
